A edição do
DVD que comemora os 40 anos do filme "A Primeira Noite de um Homem" começou a ser vendida ontem nos Estados Unidos. É um dos filmes históricos do cinema americano. O
San Francisco Chronicle revisita a obra
neste texto de Steven Winn. A abertura da matéria ficou assim: "The timing was all wrong, and so was the casting. The director, Mike Nichols, had made only one film before and was still learning the medium. Most of the score commissioned from Paul Simon remained unwritten and had to be replaced by songs rummaged from prior Simon & Garfunkel albums. "The Graduate," by all rights, should have been a bungle."
PS: Coloco aqui o
trailer do filme e um
trecho do show de Simon & Garfunkel no Central Park ("Mrs. Robinson", claro).
